• IPA - Independent Project Analysis

This program is designed to provide participants with best practices and successful experiences in Project Management, Cost, Schedule and Contract Templates.

Condensed into three large blocks of eight hours each: Best Practices in Project Management, Efficient and Cost Schedule and Contracts Management. The three modules integrate all the theoretical and practical knowledge of the IPA consolidated more than four thousand successful projects worldwide.

Module 1: "Project Management Practices"

Module 2: Effective management of costs and Deadlines

The objective of this module is to define the importance of efficient management of costs and time in the projects. Optimizing the use of these variables through efficient practices of cash management and cost control.

• Key elements of the estimated time and costs. Successful plans to control costs and deadlines.

Module 3: Contracts Management

The objective of this module is to provide participants with the key principles in the strategy and selection of EPC contracts. This will show the main obstacles in the negotiation process and identify its causes and suggesting mechanisms to facilitate the process. Key risks and their treatment.
