This program is designed to provide participants with best practices and successful experiences in Project Management, Cost, Schedule and Contract Templates. Condensed into three large blocks of eight hours each: Best Practices in Project Management, Efficient and Cost Schedule and Contracts Management. The three modules integrate all the theoretical and practical knowledge of the IPA consolidated more than four thousand successful projects worldwide.
